Every four years, countries from around the world gather to determine the best in soccer.
In between, the continents crown their own champions.
Copa America Centenario started last weekend, and the group stage continues Thursday as Uruguay meets Venezuela on FoxSports1 at 7:30 p.m. before Mexico takes on Jamaica at the Rose Bowl at 10 p.m.
Fox has two contests Friday, with Chile-Bolivia at 7 p.m. followed by Argentina against Panama at 9:30 p.m.
The United States faces Paraguay in its third group contest Saturday at 7 p.m. on FoxSports1, and Brazil battles Peru Sunday at 8:30 p.m. on FoxSports1.
The quarterfinals will be next weekend.
Euro 2016 kicks off Friday at 2:30 p.m. as host France faces Romania on ESPN.
Saturday’s action on ESPN begins at 8:30 a.m. with Albania-Switzerland, followed by Wales against Slovakia at 11:30 a.m. before England faces Russia at 2:30 p.m.
Turkey takes on Croatia Sunday at 8:30 a.m. on ESPN, with Poland meeting Northern Ireland at 11:30 a.m. and Germany takes on Ukraine at 2:30 p.m.
The Penguins attempt to clinch the Stanley Cup championship Thursday at 8 p.m. on NBC. Game 6, if necessary, will be Sunday.
Cleveland hosts Golden State in Game 4 of the NBA Finals Friday at 9 p.m. on ABC.
The Orioles visit Toronto for a four-game set starting Thursday at 7 p.m. on MASN. Games Friday and Saturday are on MASN2, with Sunday’s finale on MASN.
The Nationals take on the White Sox Thursday at 8 p.m. on MASN2 before hosting the Phillies for the weekend. Friday and Saturday’s contests will be on MASN, moving to MASN2 Sunday afternoon.
The Pirates host the Cardinals on Fox Saturday at 7 p.m. and ESPN Sunday at 5 p.m., while the Dodgers and Giants get coverage Saturday at 7 p.m. and Sunday at 8 p.m. on ESPN.
Fox also offers the Yankees against the Tigers Saturday, while the Indians battle the Angels on FoxSports1 Saturday at 10:05 p.m.
The road to Omaha continues with super regionals this weekend, starting Friday at 6 and 9 p.m. on ESPN2. ESPN has a game Saturday at 9 p.m., while ESPN2 has action at noon, 3 and 6 p.m., while there’s four games on ESPN2 Sunday starting at noon.
NASCAR heads to Michigan, with the Sprint Cup race Sunday at 1 p.m. on FoxSports1.The Xfinity face goes Saturday at 1 p.m. on FoxSports1, with the Truck race Friday at 9 p.m.
Texas hosts the IndyCar Firestone 600 Saturday at 8:30 p.m. on NBC Sports network, with practice Friday at noon.
The Canadian Grand Prix will be Sunday at 2 p.m. on NBC. NBC Sports network has qualifying Saturday at 1 p.m. after practice Friday at 2 p.m.
The PGA tour visits Memphis, with coverage on CBS Saturday and Sunday at 3 p.m.
The Triple Crown of horse racing concludes with the Belmont Stakes on NBC Saturday at 5 p.m. NBC Sports network has the Belmont preps Saturday at 3 p.m.
ESPN has the NCAA outdoor track and field championships, with women’s semifinals Thursday at 8 p.m. on ESPN. The men’s finals are Friday at 8:30 p.m. and women’s finals Saturday at 6:30 p.m.
NBC Sports network offers the USA Wrestling World team trials Sunday at 3 p.m.
