Preseason Battle of the Beltways

The NFL preseason gets going this weekend, with the rivalry between Baltimore and Washington getting things going for those teams.
The Ravens host the Redskins Thursday at 7:30 p.m. on Comcast.
Both teams are looking to improve after missing postseason play in 2016.
NFL network has several live games opening weekend, including the Cowboys facing the Rams Saturday at 9 p.m. and the Los Angeles Chargers’ first home preseason contest Sunday at 8 p.m. against the Seahawks.
North of the border, British Columbia clashes with Saskatchewan Sunday at 8 p.m. on ESPN2.
The Orioles take a west coast swing, meeting Oakland on MASN2 Thursday
The Nationals host the Marlins Thursday at 7 p.m. on MASN and the Giants come to town for the weekend on MASN.
The Yankees host the Red Sox Saturday at 4 p.m. on FoxSports1 and Sunday night on ESPN. TBS offers Indians-Rays Sunday afternoon.
Little League baseball’s road to Williamsport continues with six games on ESPN Thursday. The day starts with a Midwest regional semifinal at 11 a.m., then it’s off to New England at 1 p.m. and the Northwest at 3 p.m. The Great Lakes regional takes the field at 5 p.m., with Mid-Atlantic at 7 p.m. and West at 9 p.m.
There’s six more games Friday on ESPN starting at 11 a.m., with six more Saturday at 11 a.m.
NASCAR’s Monster Series visits Michigan Sunday at 3 p.m. on NBC Sports network. The Xfinity Series rolls through Mid-Ohio Saturday at 3:30 p.m. on NBC Sports network, while the Truck Series goes Saturday at 1 p.m. on FoxSports1.
It’s time for the final golf major championship of the year, with CBS covering the PGA championship Saturday and Sunday at 2 p.m.
FoxSports1 has the United States’ women’s amateur championship Sunday at 4 p.m. The semifinals are Saturday at 4 p.m., after quarterfinals Friday at 6 p.m. and earlier rounds Thursday at 6 p.m.
The new Premier League season gets going Friday at 3 p.m. with Arsenal taking on Leicester City on NBC Sports network. Watford faces Liverpool Saturday at 7:25 a.m. followed by Chelsea-Burnley. NBC has Manchester City meets Brighton and Hove Albion at 12:30 p.m.
Newcastle United battles Tottenham Hotspur Sunday at 8:25 a.m. with Manchester United against West Ham United at 10:55 a.m.
Real Madrid battles Barcelona in the first leg of the Spanish Super Cup Sunday at 4 p.m. on ESPN.
The Galaxy host New York City Saturday at 11 p.m. on ESPN2.
Phoenix meets Dallas in WNBA action Thursday at 8 p.m. on ESPN2.
The road to the U.S. Open tennis tournament continues with the Rogers Cup Thursday at 12:30 p.m. on ESPN2. There’s more action Friday at 12:30 and 6:30 p.m., and Saturday at 1 and 6 p.m. The finals are Sunday at 1:30 and 4:30 p.m.
